Lindley sells pork rinds at Johnny Appleseed Festival

Staff, students and family members from Lindley Elementary International Spanish Academy will dress in 1840s period costumes during the school's annual fundraiser at the Johnny Appleseed Festival on Saturday, Sept. 15, and Sunday, Sept. 16. Each year, Lindley cooks over the open fire and makes yummy pork rinds for all to enjoy.
