Indian Village collects donation items for Veterans Wish List

From Oct. 1-Nov. 1, Indian Village is collecting donations for homeless veterans and military families in crisis for delivery on Veteran's Day. The purpose of the program is to recognize the tremendous sacrifice veterans make to protect our freedoms by arranging delivery of essential items for those living in crisis. Two Men and a Truck is launching the program and providing the school with boxes (located in the main hall) that they will pick up and deliver to partnering Veterans' hospitals and shelters on or before Veteran's Day. Indian Village will collect: New household items, such as bath towels, blankets and bed sheets; Toiletries, such as toothpaste, shampoo and soap; Cleaning supplies, such as brooms, cleaners, towels, laundry and soap; and Clothing, such as coats, hats, socks and shoes.
