Montessori conference held at Towles

Bunche Montessori Early Childhood Center and Towles Montessori Intermediate School are hosting the United Montessori Schools of Indiana fall conference Saturday, Oct. 20, at Towles. Montessori educators and parents from across the country will participate in the conference, which begins with registration at 8 a.m. and end with an open house at Bunche at 4:45 p.m. Breakout sessions will be led by Montessori experts, including several teachers, classroom assistants and parents from Bunche and Towles. The keynote speakers are Michael and D'Niel Duffy, who will speak on "Love of Learning: Supporting Intrinsic Motivation in Montessori Students."
