Holland students Skype with school in Costa Rica

Holland Elementary fifth-grade students will connect with a school inCosta Ricavia Skype each Friday at 1 p.m. through Dec. 7. The school is working with the Fort Wayne Children’s Zoo on the project as the Zoo is involved in sea turtle research inCosta Rica. The research station is close to the school. Students will talk to each other about their lives, the weather, their schools and more. Spanish-speaking students at Holland will assist in translating for the rest of the class.
