Arlington students visit Merry Lea

Arlington Elementary students will visit Merry Lea Environmental Center in Whitley County to participate in the fall harvest on a turn of the century farm. Students will get to shell corn, grind corn into flour and taste homemade corn muffins. They will learn how life on a farm was before electricity and technology.

With nearly 31,000 students, Fort Wayne Community Schools is Indiana's largest school district.
