Fort Wayne Community Schools - Schools page

Fort Wayne Community Schools is proud to offer a diverse range of programs in our 50 school buildings. Programs are designed to meet the needs of each student individually whether a student needs extra support in a particular area or if a student needs to be challenged. Starting in elementary school, we have schools that focus on the arts, math and science, and by high school, students can choose engineering, biomedical studies, world languages or college prep while earning college credit through a variety of pathways. Each school also offers a variety of extra-curricular activities to provide students an option to excel outside of the classroom. Application’s to schools outside of your attendance area are completed via our lottery system. Applications are accepted starting in November of each year and a drawing is conducted in February.
